I had to give up a job for health reasons, and it was just too far away. I did like it at times there.
Then I went to another job that was ridiculously demanding and required me to work in a freezer and do other tasks. I quit within two months.
Then I went to a petrol station and the amount of tasks that were presented to me during training were extremely daunting and I also had to keep an eye on the pumps on a screen. It was manic, I quit after 5 hours.
Recently I started working in a store, which was fine up until some random girl started, she completely destroyed my relationship with my new boss and tried to undermine and micromanage me, for little reason at all. Everyone seemed to like her. The damage she did between me and the boss was irreparable, she must have been trying to climb the ladder and saw me as a rival or something, ironically she quit today. Also this job has extremely irregular hours as well.
I really don't want to have to jump ship already. Maybe my boss might not be as bad now that the toxic girl is gone, he clearly liked her (maybe a little too much?)
Even so despite how things go, I may be looking for something less demanding, but I might have to stretch it out to a year in my current job, even if I dislike it. It is after all only a half hour walk from my home.
