Is it normal to just be doing pretty much labouring or be unsupervised. I'm keen to learn but I feel like all I'm doing is digging holes or gyprocking. I don't need constant supervision but I want to be taught properly how to do the jobs I'm being told to do. Is this normal or am I being soft? I'm 23 so I'm an adult apprentice and I'm a quick learner but I feel like I'm expected (because of my age) to just figure it out.
I was just moved hosts because apparently I wasn't learning but I was never taught. I just want to know if I'm wasting my time and the whole industries like this.
I hate labouring, and I'm cheaper than a labourer as an apprentice and I can't help but think that's all this is.
