CEO of a Canadian company spams emails with alt-right propaganda: is this even legal?

I work in a European branch of a Canadian company and in the past couple of years the CEO has expressed in multiple ways his extreme opinions on a variety of subjects. What bothers me most is that he is sending emails from his corporate account to all the employees of the company worldwide, inviting us to read articles or watch videos: – from questionable sources; Wikipedia defines one of these “a far-right international newspaper” and that another was studied by researchers on conspiracy theories and misinformation about Covid-19 – about local current events not relevant to our industry; let’s just say that one video mentioned Ivermectin and an article was a hot take about the truck thingy in Canada Most employees just delete these emails, but I’m wondering if they are sign of declining mental health (he’s not young anymore). Anyway, can he do that? Wouldn’t that be frowned…

Anyway, can he do that? Wouldn’t that be frowned upon by the investment fund that owns us? Why should I be spammed by this BS propaganda while at work?
