How do I explain that capitalism isn’t “amazing” to my boss? Please read desc first

So for some context, this is a job I’m stuck with, and losing this job will cost me everything I have. I could explain, but it’s a bit personal and I don’t feel that it’s needed. Just know I need this job and can’t quit for several months at least, and I need to leave this job with decency. I just got this job a month ago, and I was working at McDonalds beforehand. I actually went down in pay coming here, because it was a dangerous work environment I was in due to the employees being basically free range on what they can get away with. The managers are scared to yell at employees for anything, and the employees themselves use the managers as a weapon against new comers that they disrespect, such as me, despite being fully trained and better knowledgeable at my position (grill) than anyone including…

The managers are scared to yell at employees for anything, and the employees themselves use the managers as a weapon against new comers that they disrespect, such as me, despite being fully trained and better knowledgeable at my position (grill) than anyone including the managers. I was treated with much disrespect, and standing up for myself made me an outcast, and the moment anything became an issue, they’d hurry off for the manager. Meanwhile, I keep having to go to the manager for my own reasons, such as improper handling of raw meat and trash around food from my fellow employees. It couldn’t continue.

Anyway, I came here through a family member that worked for my company 50-60 years ago, and this is a Ma and Pa type of shop where 50% of the employees are family members. They have respect for each other, and they care about this business, and I have respect for their way of business. However, it’s very clear to me that they don’t understand what is going on out there to the full extent. They know in some way that times are changing as well as money. I’m honestly not very clear on their take of things though, but I do know that when I asked my boss what he thinks of current stage capitalism, he thought it was amazing and that it’s the sure way. It WAS the way, but change is inevitable, and our current capitalism can’t make rules at a fast enough rate. I’m sure there’s other ways to look at it, but I thought how plenty of things I’ve known I’m right about in the past, I wasn’t fully prepared to have a real conversation or argument about it and already know all the facts I need to know to not look foolish.

It’s very relevant to the pay I receive currently (like I said, I went DOWN in pay coming here), and well, I absolutely cannot let the conversation set me back, and I mean his respect for me cannot be set back at all. This boss is sincere and real, but he would debate something like this without hesitation, and while he would be calm, this dude looks like the Punisher from Marvel, and you can imagine he isn’t totally agreeable to just any theoretical about money. I’m not saying he’s a dick, I’m just saying it would be an intimidating interaction for me and I don’t want to be an idiot debating money with someone who thinks they understand money already and is my boss. And can you blame the guy? I’d probably be the same if I were in his exact position and experience. I don’t know how to help him see how America isn’t working under current capitalism, while still respecting his view.
