Child Labor… A competitive advantage for Arkansas, and a race to the bottom.

Businesses will go there for the cheep labor (children do not need to be paid minimum wage). States around Arkansas will have to enact similar laws to keep business. Then one state will lower it more for an advantage and the cycle repeats.
