A few months ago I posted a screenshot of this lady who changed her mind about hiring me an hour before I was supposed to go in, after me thinking I got the role for a week. A couple weeks later she reached out again saying they need me, I wasn’t going to even respond but I was a bit desperate for work. I must say I feel like I’ve lost a few years off my life in the past month and a half. I feel like a full salaried worker but I am only contracted and get paid through Upwork, so I come home with $20/hr with no benefits etc. This was a personal assistant position and was supposedly flexible with being part or fulltime, but after the first week I was assigned to be a project manager and had so many responsibilities with zero guidance. I wanted to stick it out for at least six months but there is just no way. I think I see her car pulling up now. I am so nervous but ahhhhfuckokaybye
