I've seen a lot of posts about substandard gifts from companies. My wife has 40-50 people below her. What is an appropriate Christmas gift? In the past we have made candy sleighs, made jam, or made cookies to give everyone. What else could we do? Gifts for 40-50 people add up really quickly and we don't make enough to spend $1000 on $20 gift cards for everyone. Is there something else we can do that won't be insulting?
