Christmas gift from management

An opened multi pack pair of Christmas socks (the pack was split between all employees), a candy cane, and a cut up piece of paper that said “merry christmas from “director, floor manager, assistant floor manager” in the same person's handwriting. Meanwhile the company cut are bonuses and critical staffing pay and blacked out time off for the holidays, even though management won't be there. And there was a recent article in the times that the c-suite execs make $11 million annually as a base salary their first year. The value of the gift was $2. I would've rather had the $2. Also…I'm Jewish. But thanks for the Santa socks. I had literally had a conversation that week about being Jewish.
