Wanted opinions on the risk I’m thinking about taking. I work a union job, and live very close to the job site. We use Kronos as our clock in & timesheet system. Has anyone ever clocked in, gone home, and then come back later to clock out? I think I’d be fine, unless the system alerted supervisors I clocked in, despite not being scheduled to work.
