I work as a personal training sales person at a one of the biggest gym chains in the world. I got promoted to assistant manager last month. Did 70 percent of the sales last month to keep the club in bonus and keep all three of the team members. Due to my manager’s fault I am not gonna get my personal bonus for last month now he is saying it was my fault.
I need money for my debts and to buy a new car.
Now he is still pressuring me to hit targets this month while I am behind my numbers because of him.
I give this job 95 percent of the day. I can’t do any other jobs because of the scattered schedule.
I know it’s nothing compared to what most of the people go through on here but today I felt like crying and I miss my family more today.
I am just venting out.
