I've been working at Coke for about 3 years.
I'm a humble guy, but can say that I've done a great job. I definitely pick up the slack everyday I'm here.
Coke is falling apart…
Everyone is quitting or getting hurt.
I've very loyal, and do the best I can to always show up and put in the extra mile.
But now I'm being taken advantage of…
I basically work a 2 man job everyday. With no pay raises in over a year.
Me and my wife started a Business. That wont be able to support.me quitting for another 8 months, atleast.
I'm working crazy hours because of this.
I don't have the savings to quit now.
I hate coming to work now.
They don't care about me.
Keep in mind. I'm hurt.
My back is messed up, causes numbness and pain in my left and right leg. I'm 27..
I cannot handle the workload right now, but I feel bad because we're so short handed…
I'm putting myself through pain to please people, that actually don't care about me at all.
