I work in the childcare sector and I work with some amazing people. But, there is one colleague that doesn't seem to get along with me for whatever reason.
I have anxiety, so that would give her the excuse to pick on me. She always shouts at me, calling me useless and a crybaby and she's starting to tell lies about me to my manager, which gets me in a lot of shit. When I try to explain the situation to the manager, they don't want to hear it, because “I'm only an apprentice and I'm not qualified.” I am qualified cause I have my level 2, but I get treated like I have no clue in life.
I've been to the higher ups about it and they did all that they can to help, but it is still ongoing
