I worked for a solar company in Texas. Long story short, they terminated me, my manger said i was going to get my back end pay and the install bonus's that happened during my tenure. Come January, turns out they are reneging. I already went to the Texas Workforce Commission and filed, my friend was also telling me to go to the Department of Labor and get the Feds involved. Anything else I can do?
