Companies always ask me to close accounts and call the users to tell them they are fired

The issue is that I am the helldesk technician, they send requests on Friday and then the fired employees call on Monday asking why they can't access their accounts, there is when I have to tell them they got fired. WHY am I supposed to fire people whem I am the helldesk tech? WHYY. This is so annoying
