Not to beat a dead horse but it's become apparent to me as I have been job hunting for the past 3 months now how inept and insolent companies/recruiters/hiring managers are.
I took a day off from work to interview for another company after the hiring manager confirmed the date and time with me. Since I share an office space I told her I would be doing the interview in my car because there is no privacy and she suggested moving it to another day instead. I knew no matter the day, I would have to take the interview from my car so I decided to cancel work just for a 30 minute interview. Fast forward to now, after 2 follow up emails regarding a Zoom link and 30 mins after I was supposed to have had my interview, the manager just hasn't responded to me. Completely ghosted.
I have had such bad and similar experiences with interviews/interviewers over the past three months that now it's making me think I'M the problem. I'm so done.
