Why are we treated as disposable diapers?
In the September last year, Alphabet added 12,765 employees. In the first nine months of 2022, the company added about 30,300 employees, 21,000 in 2021 and 16,000 in 2020.
That's a massive red flag overhiring. Same story with Amazon, Facebook and most of tech. Stupidly bloated industry fueled by debt financing.
If you're gonna lay people off, better not hire them to begin with.
