The demand and expectations of jobs is unrealistic to our organic physiology .. repetitive movement with little breaks causing injury to our body. They do not care if you’ve gotten an illness or natural life circumstances get in the way and may impair your work in someway not like they’re not susceptible to the same situations. I just feel so much injustice in these work environments and this hierarchy bullshit thinking that because you’re my boss or supervisor I’m suppose to treat you with a little more respect than I treat others. I treat people as equals , I don’t care about the title behind your name. All people are infallible yet they expect complete perfectionism for little pay and don’t even have the courtesy to try and communicate or aid you in bettering yourself as an employee . I no longer care to put much effort in jobs anymore I don’t care if I’m broke anymore .
