As the title says, we as a company got acquired by another company ( a big German company) and found out that our vacation days aren’t given out in the beginning like how it was before it was acquired. Now we get our vacation days divided by 12 and given to us at the end of the month. I’m assuming this is because we don’t use up all our vacation days in the beginning of the year. I’m new to the country, but this sounds absurd lol. Is this legal?
P.S they cut our salary if we take more vacation days than allocated
