About 15mins into the interview I knew something wasn’t right by the questions I was being asked.
HR then said the quiet part out loud. The job duties of this position were much more than the LinkedIn posting.
The position was actually encompassing three positions. WTF. I was told the person leaving the position was making much less and with increasing the salary for this position they wouldn’t be hiring more.
I played along and pretended to be interested. I never want to be rude. The person is leaving the job in 2 weeks and they actually asked me how many weeks I needed to give my current employer. I said 3 and they freaked out like they needed to hire asap.
Felt bad for HR actually cause these positions are integral to their main revenue stream. Whoops on that CEOs part.
