We used to have 16 days of pto plus 2 floating holidays, i just started at this place 5 months ago and i thought this was a great deal. I was making half as much money at my last job where they didnt even provide insurance or pto. Since ive started at this new place they have cancled the free employee lunches, halved their 401k matching and now halved the pto. People are pissed. Ive heard most of my department is thinking of either unionizing or walking out in protest
