Company Director says I did a poor job after building a product up from scratch in just a year.

We recently launched a new product and I and my team have been working on it tirelessly for the past 12-18 months (Along with the original product which we were hired full-time for). We do everything for the product from Sales, support, and marketing to even a bit of development (Even though I am not from a development background) so far we have quite a few customers. Recently the director bought a new head and has convinced the director that no work has been done and has given us a poor performance review. I used to love going to work and now I can barely get up from my bed. I am not sure what to do here. Any advice here?
