Company doesn’t want me to park in the handicap area because it’s for the project managers

I have a handicap tag and I need to park close to the building, but they’re reserving it for the project managers and the owners. The owner doesn’t even have a handicap tag… is this legal at all? Wtf… I’m in the USA.
