I know this is completely within their right to do, but it sucks. I feel anxious / violated. I’ve been with the company for a number of years and they always say things like they promote employee well being and trust, to me this is the antithesis of that. I’m pretty hurt over the way they went about it. I had to find out on my own. I get it’s not as bad as some dystopian companies who take the picture every 10 minutes, but it feels adjacent. What do I do? Considering resignation.
