Company expects me to pull a 3am to 5pm on Monday as a salaried employee.

My boss and I are going to an out of state meeting that starts at 8am, at a location about 150 miles away, then we’ll drive back. Once we’re back, they expect me to continue working from the office until 5pm when we get back.
