Company forgets to give me pay stubs, and shorts me on my pay check…parents insistent that I keep my job because “every company is like that”.

Title basically says it all. I (m18) work as a dishwasher at a ski hill and this happens everytime. I’m just so fucking pissed off and fed up but just like every other job I’ve had I’m chained to it. Any advice?
