We had a company meeting today. First day back from holidays. They said they had EXCITING news. Our company is being acquired by a much larger company. They let us know that not everyone will be pulled over into the new company but those that don’t will either get some sort of severance or they can apply for another position within the company. Should I start looking for something else or give it time to get what we severance they offer? They have been working on this since the beginning of the year and the employees had no idea .
