Company illegally deducting to pay less fnf
My notice period is 3 months
I have already served 2 months now and from the very beginning I was asking for an option to buy out and conclude it ,the company was not agreeing
Now they are deducting 3 months salary and loss of pay from me
It's a sales profile and the reason for my resignation was salary delay over a period of 3 months
