My company is calling us office. But they don't have the required capacity. They have less than half the capacity. So their thought – “Lets call them specific days of the week”. They are calling employees exactly 2 days in a week. Maybe this is fine for people already living in the city. A lot of us had to shift to a different unknown city. Since we are new to area it would have had helped us a lot had they allowed us to visit each day. They are saving their costs by renting less than required spaces. But that burdon now lies on us. If they are calling us then they should be responsible provide us a place to work as well otherwise let us decide where I want to work from. They have also not increased our salary and post covid the rent prices has surged a lot so we are having tough times. Hybrid mode was meant to be “atleast n number of days” and not “exactly n number of days”. I feel like this is morally wrong and my own company is looting me.
