Company just got rid of vacation cash out. I was going to use my saved up vacation time to put a nice dent into my Retail Therapy debt. Jokes on them though. I've been job hunting for the last 3 months since there are plenty of signs the company is going under, such as not paying vendors. I also manage our teams' vendor relationships and I'm just tired of getting emails and phone calls from our vendors when our accounts payable team doesn't even pick up the phone or reply to an email.
