Pretty much all in the title had a meeting yesterday with my team and the director of operations told us that over the weekend this software will be installed on our remote computers if we go idle for 10 min it will lock and then won't unlock until we put in a reason why. They pretty much wanna spin it that this is not BIG BROTHER and that this will be used to make business decisions and I guess justify that we need more people even though you can clearly see by everyone's workload that we need more people you don't need software to tell you that. I was already going to quit by the end of the year since I want to go back to school but this just makes the remaining couple of months much more depressing for me. I have so much anxiety at this job already and with this addition it's even more. It's not that I do not work I'm working my ass off because I care about my clients but unfortunately I'm only one person handling over a couple hundred families I just can't do it all. Just wanted to vent here
