company lawyer threatened lawsuit if I say anything about my experience working there

Four months ago I shared a review on google. A lot of people ended up leaving bad reviews as well. They finally got all the reviews of Matrix hotels Clifton Park removed. So I shared another that got removed: Before being hired by this company I was told after three months I would receive a small raise and after a year another. After the three months I was told that was not the case. However I was told I would be promoted to a position that did have a higher pay rate, so I stuck it out. In the year I was employed, 15 people at one property walked off the job or were fired. Four General managers were fired within three years. After a year I was fired as well for leaving early sick. They finally got all the reviews of Matrix hotels Clifton Park removed. So I shared another that got removed:

When I requested my accrued PTO the VP of Ops sent me an email threatening “costly legal action” if I did not remove any mention of this company from the internet. But they would pay me my last check if I removed them and had a lawyer send me a Non Disclosure Agreement.
The reason for that would be due to the text messages, emails, photos, audio recordings and video I have prove this company engages in illegal business practices.
Including management ignoring criminal acts of bullying employees, sexual harassment, sexual assaults, destruction of property, physical harassment. Someone in HR altered time punches so as not to exceed 40 hours a week for months. Management also instructed employees to refuse to move guests from rooms that posed health and safety risks when hydrogen sulfide was present. Hydrogen Sulfide… And employees were instructed to lie to guests.
After being fired management unsuccessfully made false statements and submitted false documents to a New York State court then lied to an Administrative Law Judge.
This company removed all google reviews of its business so I think it is only fair to have some representation of how it conducts itself made known to the public.
The lack of concern for employees health and safety isn't illegal, but it is wrong.
