Company possibly (hopefully) will reap what they sow

So, there's been issues in my office for a fair amount of time, and I believe it's building up into a crescendo of shit for the managers. One particular department is finding it difficult to retain staff as the manager is an unbearable, domineering asshole. It's been difficult to recruit anyone recently due to the pittance we offer as salary, and when we do get new staff the manager basically chases them away. Another team has become a “dumping ground” for excess work, despite being up to their eyeballs in their own work which has critical deadlines. The manager sends out emails with a “bull in a china shop” approach and then queries why the team is stressed, withdrawn, and quiet. There are also many more issues, too many to go into. I know that a fair amount of my colleagues are looking for other employment, and I wish them…

I know that a fair amount of my colleagues are looking for other employment, and I wish them the very best. I hope against hope that there's a mass exodus that absolutely puts our managers, and CEO, through the wringer.
