Okay so this year we were set to do the same thing. They said at the start of this month that come July, we'd get half-days
One week before june, they say that instead we can only take 2 hours off Friday. AND, we have to make up the hours on mon-thu
But here's the kicker. We already handle time in lieu like this. If you work 8 hours overtime, yoy take 8 hours off at any point you want. You have 4 hours? Take a half day. Or take longer lunches. We already do this.
My company basically said we're not doing it, but we're going to say we're doing it anyway
