Company really trying to milk its employees

I work for a leading electricals store in the UK and 2022 has been a rough year so far for many of us. Due to stock shortages for over a year, the company has decided to save money to compensate for fewer sales by having people work their minimum contracted hours and nothing more. I for example am now working roughly 70% less each week in a time where I need money most. Many others in same position. I rarely see anyone from my department any more as it's one person max, if anyone in that area which sucks for morale too. On top of that I learn this week that the company wants colleagues from sales, customer service desk, stockroom and our mobile department to be “OmniColleagues”. Basically they want us to do everything. Looks like hours won't be going back up any time because of this too since…

Basically they want us to do everything. Looks like hours won't be going back up any time because of this too since anyone can conver for any role.

At least we get a pay rise though right? Right…?
