Company requires completion of “anonymous” survey asking intended tenure with company.

Title says all. I work for a large scale international consulting firm with a cutthroat culture of corporate ladder-climbing that becomes more and more apparent every year. Before we are allotted our raises/bonus for the year, we are required to take a survey about our employee experience. Questions are mostly about contentment and how you view the company from inside and out. One of the questions that is new this year is “How long do you intend to continue working for [company]?” The multiple choice answers range from 1 year to retirement. The survey stresses privacy and anonymity of answers, but I still feel weird answering this question. Could my employer see my answers and adjust my raise/bonus based on whether I intend to stick around?
