So I got laid off last week. Sucks but i work in tech and have a few final round interviews next week. The part that blows my mind is that I was promised that they would continue to cover my healthcare for October. Until 4:30 today when I got an email from our HR director saying hey lol turns out we aren’t doing that have fun bud. No reason why, literally last damn minute on a Friday. I’m not eligible for Cobra as I needed another 5 days for that. Which honestly this whole thing is incredible.
