I work for an Asian company for a little more than year, through EOR in Canada. One day I was bored so went on my company's Linkedin, and came across a job ad hiring my position but in New York. I'm 200% positive they're trying to replace me because I remember 2 months ago when I asked for an additional headcount (I'm the only person on my team), and they said they didn't have the budget, the only way they could add another headcount is to hire one from Mexico or India. I kept my mouth shut for 3 weeks and been applying for jobs, till today a guy who applied for the job reached out to me asking for a chat to learn more about the job. At this point I feel like I should say something, should I confront my boss? Should I go talk to HR?
