Complaining about nepotism?

With one foot out the door. Is it a bad idea to bring up a nepotism complaint regarding an affair occurring in the workplace and a recent promotion which either went to myself or the person sleeping with the managers offsider? Would it even achieve anything? I want to leave either way but don't exactly want to have the company burn my chances at other job opportunities.
