So maybe I am the idiot here but is it normal for a remote W2 position to require you to have your own computer to put their phone system and other stuff on? I am hard against it. I told my wife if they want to give a 1k sign on so we can buy a new computer then sure but using a personal one seems like a huge red flag. 14 an hour so the math comes out to about 72 hours of work before that cost is recouped. Not to mention, if it shits the bed, we are on the hook and not the company.
