The boss keeps levelling criticism at me, when others do the exact same thing (they're the ones starting it, and it's rude to not respond to some talking to you). And like… why is there a big hubbub about your employees getting along? It was down time, the customers were fine on their own (none needed help, I did ask). There is no harm in having a conversation. Work was still being done. We weren't being lazy. Just talkative. She only seems to Level the critical at me, never anyone else. Like…hypocrite much? She gets up us for talking, yet she's talking while working too. But she's the manager. She gets special rules. Rules apply to all or none.
I am a volunteer I am here of my own volition. I like helping the customers. They are the only reason I'm staying at this point. This same boss caused me to have a mental breakdown last week. Got no help there either. Had to serve customers while shaking and crying.
