Construction company I’ve worked at for 3 years. They want you in 15 minutes prior to listed start time to have a “tool box talk” to list tasks and such. Unpaid and they consider you late if you’re there at listed start time instead. Is this even legal? Can I sue if fired because of this? Indiana*
