Constructive Dismissal informs

Does anyone know how many week schedules need to have reduced hours before constructive dismissal has occurred? I am normally scheduled between 20 and 25 hours (part time server), but after less than subtly discussing some pro-union information with co-workers my hours were cut to around 6 this week. Now, it could be an honest mistake as my manager claims, but I would like to know how long I need to wait before contacting the DoL. Additionally, do the reduced hours have to be consecutive weeks or could my manager reduce hours one week, give me normal hour for a few week, then proceed to reduce my hours again without it technically being constructive dismissal?
