I work in one of the largest multinational companies.. we just got some new fresh graduate hires, I was talking to one of them and he told me his salary, to my surprise his base is same as mine and I got 4 years experience.. was talking to some coworkers whom they were hired at the same year as me and we are facing same issue… how should I bust my ass working overtime with no extra pay knowing that. That’s totally unfair and we need to have an adjustment to our salaries.
