I know there’s always an article coming out saying remote working is bad and needs to end and people need to be back in offices working.
However, I wasn’t sure if there’d been any articles comparing number of sick days people were taking previously vs as remote workers/hybrid working/not having to be in the office full time.
I know I’ve been more inclined to work from home with the flu getting some work done. If I was in the office full time I would’ve called in sick and not worked from home.
