Could this be a double standard?

Alright so, a little back story: I work as a DSP (Direct support professional) in a group home. We have this book used for communication for the clients, things the house needs, etc…. Anyways, my boss wrote a 3 page note front and back. She went on to say that we need to be keeping up on laundry, dishes, changing the personal trashes after each care is done, and making sure that all side tasks are being done. She also mentioned that if this is getting Done on shift then there shouldn’t be anything being left for other people to be doing from your shift. Well every day I come into work NONE of that is getting done. Leaving extra work for evening staff to do, then the overnight staff. It just makes me so mad to basically come in, read our log, and have my day ruined by her…

Our staff works so incredibly hard, on top of the being there for the clients just so they can have a nice, clean, happy home.

What do you guys think? We have a team meeting in a couple days, I wanna say something but how? Idk just wanted to vent…
