coworker called me the n-word for a month and threatened me when I reported it and now my job is ghosting me.

Long story short my coworker is a white woman aged 23 who has been calling me the N word for a month. I've told her to stop throughout the month of August and she doubled down. (I sht you not, she says she's part Cherokee so she is allowed to say it). Finally I told her I'd have to contact HR, so she threatened me that it “won't end well” and that “it would be easy to destroy you.” Needless to say, I reported her and left my shift. I emailed HR and my MGMT to tell them why I'd not be returning to the site because it was unsafe but I was open to other sites with the company. They ignored me until I contacted corporate to file a complaint about the coworker. Then my manager got me in contact with Amazon (which is $2 less an hour). I…

Now, it's been a week and I am not surprised. Silly me, I should have known they'd ghost me.
I called legal aid and they told me I'd not be eligible for unemployment because my MGMT can say I walked off the job.
Legal aid advised I file a police report for the threat.

I'm in Wisconsin and I'm new here, so I'm new to not having a job care about these issues (I'm from the west coast so I've been spoiled).

Anything I can do at this point?
