I work in a retail store and I have one female coworker that has the same bad salary as me, but behaves and walks around like she has a CEO salary. Another guy which is a floor supervisor (dont think the pay is much öbetter) walks around like he has a broom inside his ass. Looks around very robotic and critical.
Both of them annoy me so much. Why people cant behave like how they get payed. Im not saying that if you clean toilets for example you should feel like a piece of shit, but also dont act like you are important. Same in retail. Me and you are very bad payed and we could be replaced by anyone after 2 weeks training. Jesus.
This affects me in the sense that I cant go on longer break or wasting time or work slow because my coworkers are working like they are important.
