Just here to rant & get some perspective.
2 women in they’re 50s & 2 women in their 20s. Older women want every weekend off. Friday & Saturday. I closed at 6pm tonight & come in at 8am tomorrow & close the next.
Younger coworker(H) doesn’t listen to older coworker (S). S told H she could leave early but make sure everything was done before she left. H left without cleaning her area or finishing what S asked her & left the work up to me pretty much. Tired of hearing S & H bickering. S also thinks bc she’s full time that she & the other full time person should get to dictate mine & H schedule. H doesn’t work on Fridays & never closes Saturdays but yet I’m still hearing about how the full time people never get both days off and it’s starting to piss me off. I told them I can only close Friday OR Saturday every week. Not close both every week, which is what they want. S also thinks that two people should do the entire truck at night so basically that S & other older coworker can come in and just design, etc, etc.
