Curious, what are your thoughts on weekend shift/3 day work week

At the past two jobs I’ve had, I have been working the weekend shift. I work 3 days a week doing 12 hours each day. So 36 hours and I still get paid for 40 hours. They also give a pretty decent shift differential for working the weekend. The only thing that differs from place to place is what they do with OT, either working 4 hours with no additional pay, working 4 hours on straight time before OT time, or going straight to OT time. Before I found and got into a weekend shift I was stuck on an 8-5 shift and after the first week of doing the switch (the first 3 12s do suck) it was an immediate improvement on how I enjoyed my time off work.
