Now that I read this sub all the time, I'm constantly trying to do better when I encounter workers out in the world as a customer. In drive-thrus, on 1-800 calls, car repair places, with cable people, etc. I know the millions of reasons you didn't want to walk in the door this morning, and I try hard not to be one of them.
If you work a customer service job, what are some things we could all do to make your days tolerable? What could we make sure not to do when we become your customer?
Not to sound all corporate, but looking forward to your feedback!
